OUR SCHOOL
New Covenant Academy is a great place for students to have fun while
learning.
We set a learning standard of excellence for our students.
Using the D.A.P. ( Developmental Appropriate Practice) approach to a child’s learning, helps to promote development and learning through a
strengths-based, play-based approach to joyful, and engaged learning.
From the Director's Desk
Academy Director
Vendredi Buggs-Lee
As New Covenant Academy's Director, I must say that it is one of my callings to teach young children.
While offering preschool, New Covenant Academy (NCA) will also provide a unique blend of fun learning and developmentally appropriate play in a safe and nurturing environment daily. NCA teaches in a fun and exciting way so that every child is able to understand and learn how to use their gifts and talents.
NCA utilizes the Early Learning Foundations Curriculum to assist in advancing and enriching children intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I am excited about how our program prepares the p􀀘reschool age children for school by teaching the necessary skills for Kindergarten readiness. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be involved in their child's development.
NCA maintains open communication and provides an assessment of their child's learning progress via daily feedback and parent-teacher conferences.
NCA prides itself on teaching and preparing each child to be future leaders.
Thank you for trusting New Covenant Academy to establish the foundation of your child's early learning development.
